Tesla Model S Gets Hacked By Security Researchers.

Cyber security researchers able to control stationary car's lights, windows, car seats, sunroof panel, and in-vehicle displays from 20km away.

Also in motion moment security researchers can able to force car brake, activate windshield wipers, adjust side-view mirros and open the car trunk.

Cyber Security researchers said in the blog,
With several months of in-depth research on Tesla Cars, we have discovered multiple security vulnerabilities and successfully implemented remote, aka none physical contact, control on Tesla Model S in both Parking and Driving Mode. It is worth to note that we used an unmodified car with latest firmware to demonstrate the attack.

Following the global industry practice on “responsible disclosure” of product security vulnerabilities, we have reported the technical details of all the vulnerabilities discovered in the research to Tesla. The vulnerabilities have been confirmed by Tesla Product Security Team.

Tesla Suggested to all vehicle owners to update their car software to be protected from any remotely attacks.

  1. I agree that if you plan to stay with a cheater don't try to find any information. However, in my case I needed it in my state in order to file for a divorce and come out of the relationship.
